Interview with Robert Johnson

Cultural Narrative: 

Robert “Bobby Lee” Johnson was born in 1938, was raised on a farm. He attended Green Springs Elementary School and Louisa County High School. During that time he participated in a number of extracurricular activities, including drama club, band, 4H club, and FFA. He received his associate’s degree from John Tyler Community College. He worked for fifty-two years in the funeral industry, at Woodward Funeral Home and then at Woodward Insurance Co, and was married to Phyllis Waugh Johnson, who worked at the Bank of Louisa.
